This is a lovely soft bristle flat brush.
 
It's a bit on the small size but could be used for painting hand and feet for prints (our 1 and 1 ½ inch ones we sell are better).  Flat brushs are generally good for: bold strokes, washes, filling big spaces and you can use edge for fine lines, straight edges and stripes.
