Workshop and Events Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy
Notification: Cancellations should be made by email.
Refunds: Refund eligibility and amount will depend on the notice period provided before the event or workshop start date.
2. Cancellation Deadlines
More than 14 days before the start date: Full refund minus a £5 admin fee.
7 to 14 days before the start date: 75% refund minus a £5 admin fee.
Less than 7 days before the start date: No refund will be provided but if notified at least 48 hours before the start, 50% of the fee will be applied as credit to your account.
3. Rescheduling
More than 7 days before the start date: Participants may reschedule to another event or workshop of equal value without any additional fee.
Less than 7 days before the start date: Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.
4. No-Show Policy
Participants who do not turn up for their scheduled event or workshop without prior notification will forfeit their fee.
5. Special Circumstances
In cases of emergency or illness, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a one-time reschedule to a future event or workshop at our discretion or apply a credit to your account.
6. Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events or workshops due to low numbers, staff illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In the event we need to cancel a class or workshop, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another event or workshop of equal value.
