Workshop and Events Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy


  • Notification: Cancellations should be made by email.


  • Refunds: Refund eligibility and amount will depend on the notice period provided before the event or workshop start date.


2. Cancellation Deadlines


  • More than 14 days before the start date: Full refund minus a £5 admin fee.


  • 7 to 14 days before the start date: 75% refund minus a £5 admin fee.


  • Less than 7 days before the start date: No refund will be provided but if notified at least 48 hours before the start, 50% of the fee will be applied as credit to your account.


3. Rescheduling


  • More than 7 days before the start date: Participants may reschedule to another event or workshop of equal value without any additional fee.


  • Less than 7 days before the start date:     Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.


4. No-Show Policy


  • Participants who do not turn up for their scheduled event or workshop without prior notification will forfeit their fee.


5. Special Circumstances


  • In cases of emergency or illness, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a one-time reschedule to a future event or workshop at our discretion or apply a credit to your account.


6. Cancellation by Us


  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events or workshops due to low numbers, staff illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • In the event we need to cancel a class or workshop, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another event or workshop of equal value.
