Cancellation Policy

By proceeding with the booking, it is understood that all parties in the reservation have accepted these terms. Drying and Firing Process: Items need leaving with us to dry before we can fire them. We will email you when your piece is ready for collection. This process typically takes 3-5 weeks. Pottery Making Risks: Due to the nature of hand-building with clay, issues can arise during the making, drying, and firing processes that could affect your piece. By following our guidance, you can greatly minimise these risks. If problems do occur, we will attempt to fix them, but it may not be possible. Painting and Glazing Options Depending on the class/piece, you may be able to decorate it with underglazes during the class. If not, or if time runs out, you can choose to have it clear glazed or bisque fired. Please also see our other terms and policies on our website.
