What Happens If My Baby is Ill on The Day?
If you are unable to make your session you can book to come and do your prints in our studio on another date. If you do not live within 8 miles and want a refund there will be a £2.50 admin fee.
How to Pre-Order Your Baby’s Hand & Footprint Keepsakes
At Crafty Monkey, we make it easy for you to pre-order your pottery items for our outside visits. Follow the steps below: 💖
1. 🎨Select Your Design
Choose from a our range of hand, foot and bumprint designs to suit all occasions. There's no limit to the amount of pieces you can order. If you want a design that's not listed, email us a picture or description of what you want, the age of your little one, and which pottery piece you want it on.
3. 🖌️ Add Personalisation
When you select a product, you'll be asked to add what writing you would like on the item. Fill in the personalisation boxes.
Please email us, if you would like different customisation.
5. 💻Check Out Your Order
Simply place your order. There's no need to order paints as we will bring these with your pottery on the day. At check out select 'Bring to Venue' and do not select postage. You can then pay for your order online.
2. 🏺Select Your Pottery
Choose from a range of pottery items, including plates, mugs, tiles, vases and baubles – all perfect for capturing your baby’s unique hand and footprint. If you want a design on a different piece of pottery that's not listed as an option email us.
4. 🗓️ Add Venue & Date
Once you've chosen the pottery items and added your personalisation, please add information such as the group, nursery or venue and date we are visiting. If it's a venue please enter your preferred time if you have one. We will email you a time slots the day before our visit once all orders are in.
6. 👣On The Day
We take the hand, foot or bumprints prints from your baby/toddler on the day and bring the pottery back to our studio to be decorated, glazed and fired. When ready, usually 2-3 weeks later, you can collect from your venue unless other arrangements have been made.
Pottery Personalisation
While we strive for consistency in our decoration and the writing style, the pieces are all hand painted so variations to the displayed image may exist due to the amount of text requested, print placement etc which could slightly alter the layout as we will decorate it to ensure it looks aesthetically pleasing.
